The buyer is entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be:
- unworn
- undamaged
- in their original packaging
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method within 14 working days of the return being confirmed.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
